Shipping policy

We work hard to ensure that all of our Sinful Sweets are delivered in perfect condition. During order processing, we monitor temperature and transit time to ensure that all packages arrive fresh and un-melted.

USPS is our preferred shipping vendor. Our primary shipping days are Monday - Thursday. To protect the quality of your sweets, we may hold your package for shipping until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.

Please take into consideration the following:

• Our cooling materials will last for up to three days and cannot accommodate weekend shipping.
• The collections in the order are highly perishable and have 14 days or lesser shelf life.
• The temperatures at the destination are predicted to be over 95 degrees during the transit and delivery period. To ship to temperatures of 95-98 degrees, overnight shipping is required.
• We are unable to ship to temperatures of 99+ degrees.

To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders shipping to destinations with warm weather or longer transit times, we offer overnight shipping. Ground shipping availability varies throughout the year based on the temperatures and time in transit. Please call us with further questions about shipping or local delivery.
