Sweet Fall Flavors

When the seasons change, our taste buds tend to the same.  With the cooler fall air there are some different edible options available to sample compared to summer flavors.  Below are a few of our favorites.

Pumpkin might be the most obvious fall flavor.  As soon as the temperatures start to change the market is flooded with options such as pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin ice cream, pumpkin bagels, and of course, pumpkin pie.  What you might not know is that this fruit is native to North America.

The peak apple picking season begins at the end of August and are picked through the end of October.  Apples should be firm and crisp; their flavors lend to great fall favorites such as apple cider, chocolate, caramel or candied Apples, and the classic apple pie.  Our gourmet apples come dipped in different chocolates and can topped with a variety of your favorite candies.

You may not traditionally think of carrots as a fall food, but they are a fall harvest item.  From being roasted in recipes to being included in desserts carrots are a versatile food.  Carrot cake with cream cheese icing is a popular cake pop we offer.

Maple is just one of those flavors that everyone loves.  It is often used in syrups and baking, and the syrup is actually graded in the United States and Canada.  The real deal is often substituted for items that are maple flavored, but a true culinary expert could easily tell the difference.

Autumn is associated with the transition from warm to cold weather, however the harvest dominates season.  Stop in to try our selection of fall themed cake pops or gourmet apples.  Theses delectable treats will surely help you to forget about the chill in the air and bring a smile to your face.
